This colonial style residence in the Magnolia neighborhood of Seattle is located right on the shore of Puget Sound. In consultation with the homeowner, we have made the decision to conserve the original design. Therefore, our crew installed James Hardie lap siding, cedar trim and applied two coats of weather-resistant paint for durable protection. Consequently, the result is truly unique and refreshing.
