Call us to schedule an appointment and email your blueprints as a pdf today! Our approach includes creating a detailed proposal, with transparent pricing and no unwanted, or unexpected surprises. Best of all, when you’re ready, we launch the project according to your schedule, and delivering on your specific timeline.
Now, you have an agreed upon contract in place and your Exterior Crew project manager sets up a “pre-con” discussion. This is your opportunity to review all the important details for the job, like delivery schedules and accessibility for parking. Plus, where to store project materials, along with other equipment to ensure a safe work space for all “on-site” trades.
Next, we deliver all materials, tools, and equipment to your project site and introduce you to our installation crew. Once the work begins, your Exterior Crew project manager guides the entire process, making sure no details are missed. When the project is finished, we do a final “walk through” with you. We confirm the project was completed as agreed, and remove our materials, equipment, and waste from the job site.

Should I have Exterior Crew install our windows and do the building wrap before siding?

Most definitely. Choosing to install new windows, and wrap the building before installing new siding, makes good sense. First, we can keep the window installation straight and square for waterproofing. Plus, you can see the quality of our work before the siding actually begins. And, using our scaffolding system, rather than traditional ladders, allows us to work more safely, while completing a superior installation. And don’t forget, when the moisture barrier envelope is installed first, interior work can start earlier in the project schedule.

Should Exterior Crew supply the materials?

In most cases, yes, that is preferable. We recommend a turnkey option, because it creates the advantage of a fixed budget amount, for the whole siding project. During the actual construction process, we also handle any material shortcomings, eliminating hassles and keeping your budget in check.

Can you remove the siding waste after you're done?

Absolutely. So, we can use our dump trailer throughout the entire project, or simply remove the waste when the work is complete. Whichever you prefer, our crews clean up each work day, and store all waste in properly designated areas.
